About the Practice
* Under new ownership in 2024, the practice is led by an experienced veterinary professional who has been part of the team for two years. With a strong focus on excellent client care, the practice continues to grow and develop, providing high-quality veterinary services to the local community.
* The team consists of three Veterinary Surgeons, two Registered Veterinary Nurses, a Student Veterinary Nurse, a Veterinary Care Assistant, and four Receptionists.
* The veterinary team has a variety of special interests, including ultrasonography, cardiology, feline medicine, and internal medicine, creating an excellent learning and collaborative environment.
Location: Conveniently situated, the practice benefits from excellent transport links, being close to the M20 and main bus routes. Maidstone, located in the heart of Kent’s ‘Garden of England,’ offers a balance of countryside charm and urban convenience. Just over an hour from London and near multiple international airports, the area provides the perfect setting for those who enjoy both outdoor activities and city life. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a confident Veterinary Surgeon with strong surgical and medical skills. The role involves consulting with clients, managing a varied caseload that includes both routine and more complex procedures, and mentoring junior vets, including new graduates.

The Hours: This is a full-time role that operates on a 40-hour rota - full rota to be discussed in the interview.
