Salary: c£28k Location: East Midlands (Hybrid, 3 days office based- 2 remote) Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation needs of our company, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. Your tasks Plan and coordinate transportation carriers with monthly forecast and trailer requirements Review and provide Operations and the Commercial team with carrier collection schedules, making any necessary adjustments in line with the customer's requirements. Support the Transport Manager with RFQs for new customers and support with new integrations and processes. Prepare transport sales invoices, investigate any discrepancies, and approve carrier invoices. Ensure all transport rate cards are updated in TM for both purchase and sales Prepare and participate in the Carrier monthly and quarterly meetings. Analyse data from weekly KPI reports, provide investigations and continuous improvement Identify any future issues or potential risks with carriers Provide support to the Commercial team with weekly performance updates, including an overview of any investigations and outcomes.
