* Job Title: Senior Client Executive
* Level & Responsibility: This role might be better known in other businesses as a Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager. This role sits directly beneath a Client / Account Manager level.
* Salary: £33,000+ per annum, depending on experience plus a 10% bonus scheme
* Location & Hybrid Working: Liverpool, minimum of 2 days per week on Tuesdays & Wednesdays
The role
We are looking for a Senior Client Executive to join our Very Media Group team within SMG. In this role, it will be key for you to build, manage and nurture strong relationships with your key stakeholders using effective communication skills in order to support the total business commercial goals & targets.

What you'll be doing

* Own relationships across our most strategically important clients and/or key contacts.
* Liaise between SMG and our clients and/or key contacts, following meetings up with clear actions and guidance on next steps.
* Lead brainstorms to help create and implement campaigns that will deliver results for our clients against agreed budgets and timelines.
* Have a strong understanding of the value of the service we provide and effectively communicate that to key stakeholders.
* Communicate confidently with our clients, adapting your approach with different stakeholders.
* Become familiar with typical objections to our proposition and work to combat these with ease.
* Support junior members in the team with their day-to-day queries.
* Contribute ideas and recommendations for wider organisational projects.
