About the job
The Assurance and Compliance Manager will sit within the Technical Services team and report directly to the Technical Services manager. This role will utilise the Viewpoint for Projects software. The Assurance and Compliance Manager must have significant experience in developing and continuously improving the use of Assurance processes within the business, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry standards.
You will be accountable for:
* Software Utilisation: Ensure optimal utilisation of Viewpoint for Projects software across the business.
* Process Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Assurance control processes and industry standards.
* Quality Standards: Ensure high standards of document quality and accuracy.
* Training and Support: Provide effective training and support to staff on assurance processes.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in Assurance and Compliance processes and software functionality.
* Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage risks related to Assurance process and software usage.
What do you need to be considered?
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Assurance and Compliance Management within the engineering and construction industry.
* Significant experience with Viewpoint for Projects software.
* Proven track record of developing and continuously improving assurance and compliance control processes by adopting progressive assurance.
* Familiarity with Bentley, ProjectWise and other document management systems.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
