To support this growth, we are looking for a Head of Parking Sales & Commerciality to lead our Horizon Spaces service overseeing commercial development strategies, ensuring continuous improvements in revenue generation, mobile payment apps, pricing models, and client relationships. This is a site based role, within our Liverpool Office, although there is an expectation you will spend 2/3 days per month within our Chelmsford Head Office. JOB ROLE As Head of Commercial Services, you will be responsible for: Managing and developing our Horizon Spaces team, ensuring clear commercial strategies are in place. Identifying opportunities to enhance revenue from existing and new paid sites, in line with annual target increase aspirations. Expanding our Commercial model, engaging with landlords, estate managers, and commercial partners. Overseeing site-specific revenue strategies, analysing trends, and optimising performance. Managing relationships with key partners and suppliers including mobile payment app providers Delivering value-add concessions and exploring innovative revenue opportunities. REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a commercially astute leader with: Proven experience in commercial management, sales leadership, or business development. A track record of increasing revenue, optimising pricing strategies, and managing commercial partnerships. A relevant qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (e.g., Degree, MBA, CIM, ILM, or CMI certification) would be advantageous but not essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends. Experience in contract negotiations, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement. Leadership experience, with the ability to drive performance, motivate teams, and deliver results. Understanding of technology related payment services A background in parking, facilities management, retail, or property would also be an advantage but is not essential.
