Our Property Services team are a pivotal part of our business.
In this brand-new role as the Buildings Manager, you will have the experience and ability to demonstrate a strong background in delivering a range of building services such as Mechanical & Electrical, Building Management Systems, Power, Generators and General building maintenance with a clear drive and focus on optimisation of assets across a portfolio of buildings.
You will need to integrate asset data and contractor performance to optimise operational delivery and ensure the effective management of critical building assets. This will enable better planning, maintenance and coordination to enhance overall performance and reliability.

What you will be doing
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate all works to our critical assets as the Subject Matter Expert, working in collaboration with the Office Managers, delivering a “Best in Class” service in line with relevant policies, procedures, framework, practices and regulation of the Bank’s strategic and operational objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all building issues across 16 UK sites
2. Managing asset lifecycles
3. Ensuring accurate and comprehensive records are kept within the CAFM system and are aligned to HSE regulations, Building Statutory Compliance and Quality Assurance
4. Fulfil routine quality checks on reactive and planned works, integrating contractor processes, procedures and standards of work.
5. Having technical accountability for all building services.
6. Travelling between the sites as and when required
In return for your commitment
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £45,000 - £50,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

15. EssentialProven experience within a Mechanical, Electrical or Building services management role.Previous experience in managing 3rd party supply chains and performance management of KPIs.Experience in completing building condition reports and developing capital investment plans to enhance asset lifecycles.Detailed knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental Management is essential.Detailed knowledge of critical assets and building management systems is essential.
