About the Role
The role of Weekend Assistant will include:
1. Front line customer service support.
2. Liaising with clients and customers both on the telephone and face-to-face.
3. Ad hoc assistance in the process of negotiation.
4. Meet and greet visitors to the branch.
5. Ensure an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld at all times.
6. Assist with any administration necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Be computer literate - specifically with the ability to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Extremely customer focused.
4. Strong administration skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
6. High accuracy and attention to detail.
7. A professional approach.
8. Current driving licence.
