Job Overview
Riverside Leisure Centre is looking for a well-organised and motivated individual to oversee and manage all processes for the multi-site monthly membership scheme of over 7000 members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Updating membership details.
2. Processing payments and dealing with queries from members.
3. Assisting the Leisure Centre’s Customer and Staff Services Manager in providing efficient administration services.
4. Reconciling and banking of monies, including online payments.
5. Answering customer online enquiries.
Requirements
This role is predominantly computer-based, so experience with computers is essential, although further training will be provided on the internal computer package. The successful applicant must be motivated with accurate attention to detail and good customer service skills. The post holder will be required to work 37 hours per week during normal office hours; however, due to the nature of the leisure industry, some evenings and weekend work may be required.
