Market Access Manager - UK & Ireland - Oncology & Digital Therapeutics

The Role
You will develop and execute strategies that enhance patient access to the oncology and digital therapeutics portfolio. This role will be pivotal in shaping our market access policies, pricing strategies, and stakeholder engagement activities across the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement market access strategies for oncology and digital therapeutics products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Lead the development of pricing and reimbursement strategies to maximize product adoption and market penetration.
* Engage with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and policymakers, to secure optimal market access.
* Conduct health economic analyses and value proposition development to support product differentiation.
* Monitor and adapt to evolving market access policies, regulations, and competitive landscapes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, commercial, and regulatory teams to align market access efforts with overall business goals.
* Support the preparation of HTA (Health Technology Assessment) submissions and reimbursement dossiers.
* Drive innovative access solutions for digital therapeutics, navigating emerging reimbursement frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in market access, health economics, or pricing & reimbursement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Oncology and/or digital therapeutics experience is preferred.
* Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and strategy execution.
* Experience with HTA submissions and pricing strategies across multiple markets.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
* Familiar with the ABPI code of practice.
