An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Experience Executive to join our team at our Ipswich Head Office. This role will support with the delivery of projects within the Guest Experience Team, including conducting analysis and developing proposals, whilst taking responsibility for your own projects and seeing them through to implementation. Overall, this role will ensure that the business delivers against it proposition, mission and vision. This is an exciting and varied role which has a broad remit, providing you with the opportunity to learn about strategy, project management, research, data analysis, operations and to be involved in transforming our business. We are keen to hear from individuals who are excited by the travel industry with exposure to Project Coordination and are comfortable working with data due to this being a data driven role. To be successful in this position you will also need to have excellent organisation skills and be a strong communicator who can build effective working relationships with diverse teams. This is a Full-Time position, working 35 hours a week, based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) offering a hybrid work pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
