Outwood Academy City are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader, who can lead academy staff, in order to raise the aspirations and attainment of young learners. The role requires an enthusiastic leader with unwavering drive, vision and a commitment to help others achieve. With a clear focus on developing staff, you will ensure high standards are in place throughout the academy, with the highest level of classroom practice implemented daily. Particulars of the roles will be discussed at Interview.
You will need the tenacity and integrity to deliver in challenging circumstances, removing barriers, communicating a vision that inspires, motivates and enthuses staff, students and the community as a whole – fostering a passion for ensuring every child receives the very best level of education possible.
You will be well supported by an experienced team as you work to raise attainment levels and offer engaging curriculum experiences. The academy benefits from being part of the Outwood Family of Schools and you will be joining an expanding, highly innovative, inspirational and ambitious organisation.
