What will you be responsible for as a Client Executive at Leumi UK?
* Provision of administrative support to Client Managers
* Administer prepayments to clients in line with approvals and procedures from receipt of request through to timely transmission of payment
* Creation and maintenance of initial client documentation and files. Maintain accurate records of files and documentation
* Preparation for and participation in client take-ons.
* Analyse client financial information on computer spreadsheets
* Advise Client Managers of underlying trends and assist on the preparation of and participation in client review process
* Monitor client security, maintaining and analysing financial statements, reconciliation’s/ageings, in-house statistics, external audit reports and other pertinent data in accordance with Company Guidelines and best practise
* Any other duties which may be allocated by the Head of Structured Finance or Directors from time to time
* Attending and taking part in company training courses as required
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Invoice Finance or Asset Based Lending and has previously worked in a customer facing role and is comfortable talking to clients. We're looking for someone who has experience in working with numbers and performing calculations and a good working knowledge with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Some familiarity with financial accounting statements (Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet), a working knowledge of Risk Factor and experience in administering Syndicated facilities with other banks / financial institutions would be ideal however is not essential.
