An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established HR professional to work within the HR Business Partner Team on a fixed term basis to support a period of increased demand in service delivery over the next 12 months.
We are looking for a chartered member of CIPD to be part of our client-facing team supporting the Environment, Business Operations and Partnerships and Chief Executive’s Departments.
This is a key role in our HR team supporting managers and departments across the full spectrum of HR matters, with a focus on organisational change, transformation and service reviews.
Consideration would be given to anyone wishing to undertake a secondment from partnership organisations such as but not limited to local government, leisure trusts and the NHS. Flexibility on working pattern is available but full time hours are required in this role.
Please note that Chartered Membership of the CIPD is essential and applicants without this will not be shortlisted.
