The successful candidate will work as part of the wider MDT and demonstrate:
1. Excellent clinical skills using a bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge;
2. A wide range of specialist and sub-specialist experience relevant to the post within NHS or comparable service;
3. The ability to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty;
4. Commitment to shared leadership & collaborative working to deliver improvement;
5. The ability to work in a participatory way so that shared decision-making and conversations around formulation/diagnosis and ongoing care are a collaborative endeavour with the people who access our service.
