Purpose Of Post : T o communicate with personnel at all levels, internally on quality-related issues. Act as a change agent in respect of spreading the quality message across the company in order to alter attitudes, behaviour and work practices. Comprehensive knowledge of major quality systems and their application within the bus building industry. Delivery of all actions in a timely fashion to meet overall management requirements and company objectives. Key Tasks : 1. To implement all procedures described in the Quality Management System. 2. To ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of the business, Customers and external certification bodies. 3. Respond to Customer complaints, putting in place containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures. 4. Update quality documentation to carry forward lessons learnt from quality concerns into other live projects and into new customer projects. 5. To ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits. 6. Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures. 7. Conduct Final Inspections on a timely basis and to the appropriate level. 8. Conduct internal audits on a timely basis and to the appropriate level. 9. Participate in engineering changes which are likely to have a major effect on quality levels. 10.
