Our client, a successful and growing family-run manufacturing company on the outskirts of Cambridge, are looking for a highly organised and motivated Sales Coordinator to support and drive the success of their dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow customer accounts, follow up on sales quotes, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. Typical duties will include: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Follow up on sales quotes to ensure timely responses and avoid missed opportunities. Provide daily sales admin support, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth communication across departments. Assist with preparing reports and tracking performance metrics. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in sales coordination or customer service. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proactive, with a focus on meeting sales and customer service goals.
