What we need from you - skill base requirements: Experience Proven marketing specialist with a minimum of 3 years marketing experience. Experience of managing a small marketing team. Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage) A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance. Key Responsibilities: Below is not exhaustive and other reasonable responsibilities will be added Marketing Strategy Manage the marketing strategy. Quality Lead Generation: Research market trends and opportunities. Ensure consistent brand messaging, overseeing brand guidelines, and managing public relations. Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, working with creative internal and external teams on content. Manage the marketing budget and campaign performance ROI. Marketing Team: Manage the marketing team, setting goals and targets v actuals and installing appropriate KPIs. Inspirational leadership and people management Install appropriate team headcount and structure to achieve success. Control of team structure salaries and terms and conditions to recruit and retain the best talent possible to form effective teams. Install written process, ownership, accountability, teamwork, and capability building. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Recognise and reward and maintain the right balance between colleague happiness and drive. Supporting disciplinary and grievance & constructive management of conflicts. Succession planning. Management Information Share appropriate MI to report ROI success and job role pro-active activity to the Group Board. The successful applicant will match the below skill set Great leader with marketing knowledge to manage a small marketing team. Evidence of past results. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, buyer behaviour, and marketing channels. Experience implementing and executing data-driven B2B marketing campaigns aligned with company goals. Experience managing lead nurturing programs and collaborating with sales teams to convert leads into customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, analyse, and interpret marketing performance data. Experience of HubSpot (desirable) or a similar CRM platform (essential). Proficiency in content marketing, including content creation, editing, and management. Passion for B2B marketing and staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
