PHUT has a large tertiary Renal and Transplant Unit with catchment population of 2.2 million patients. The successful applicant will join the specialist renal pharmacy team, who provide the Renal Transplant Homecare service and pharmacist cover for the renal wards along with provision of pharmaceutical services to satellite dialysis units.There is an excellent culture of multidisciplinary team working and there are opportunities within the role to run clinics and become involved in research.
