We are now seeking to recruit a Module Leader to join our BSc Business and Marketing (Online) team in the Cornwall Business School. Your role will involve working on a module titled ‘Social Action Business Plan’. This module enhances student’s knowledge and understanding of business & marketing by collaboratively developing a social enterprise business plan and reflecting on their on-going CPD requirements. As a Module Leader you will support online tutors throughout the module, resolve queries for students and online tutors, ensure quality through module management and meet institutional deadlines during delivery. You will work closely with online tutors to ensure the best possible student experience. The hours for this role are flexible and will be spread throughout the week as agreed with your line manager. About You The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in the subject area or associated field with a strong track record of practice-led research in an area appropriate to the subject area. You must be able to demonstrate up-to-date working knowledge of current practices and research within the field and you will have a passion for, and experience of, developing innovative and inclusive pedagogy.
