About You:
You are a results-driven professional with a proven track record in business development, ideally within the corporate event services sector. You’re highly skilled at identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify and engage with potential new clients, particularly medium-sized and blue-chip organizations.
* Client Engagement & Meetings: Schedule and attend client meetings to gather requirements and build rapport.
* Proposal Creation & Pitching: Work closely with Account Managers and Technical Managers to create tailored, high-quality proposals.
* Winning New Business: Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to closing.
* CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
* Collaborative Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to refine and implement sales strategies.
* Market Research & Networking: Identify market trends and opportunities to create compelling sales strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven success in business development within the events or production industries.
* Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Sales Mindset: A proactive, results-driven approach.
