IT Support technicians required to assist in-house team and external clients. Routine duties will include:
1. Logging support queries and issuing tickets
2. Resolving common issues such as network connectivity and access controls
3. Escalating complex issues to engineers
4. Providing reports to management for process improvements and system changes
5. Uploading files and data to servers
6. Ensuring product licenses and agreements are up to date
7. Informing management of renewals of contracts
Training and supervision provided. Full-time role. 37.5 hours per week. Company established in 1997 with a portfolio of blue-chip clients.

Salary: £36,000 – £39,000 yearly
