Job Description
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to drive change and need to be comfortable within a complex setup. You will have to be proactive and adaptable when working with the business to develop and deliver a people plan, identifying and delivering solutions that optimise both employee and business performance. In fact, we will rely on you to be a thought-leader in all aspects of your role, bringing sound judgement and fresh ideas across a variety of HR projects and programmes within the business. You will lead on various strategic people initiatives, working in collaboration with senior Partners to develop, deliver and embed business strategy and organisational change.
This role forms part of the larger WNS organisational matrix, playing a key part of a smaller, local leadership team in Ipswich where there is a need for a 'roll sleeves up, can-do approach and mentality' within the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Building trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in the business.
* Accountable for the delivery of all cyclical people-related activities including performance, reward, promotion, talent identification, and succession planning within the business.
* Using your extensive skills, knowledge, effective judgement, and business acumen to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, talent analytics, and management, ensuring fairness and consistency runs throughout.
* Supporting the building of a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
* Demonstrating the successful delivery of HR activity and evidence of a client-centred approach.
* Creating compelling proposals and business cases that succinctly articulate recommendations and actions.
* Operating with a COE model and leveraging those relationships to deliver large-scale projects.
* Interpreting data to spot trends and make decisions quickly.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment.
* Communicating, influencing, coaching, challenging, and managing senior stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
* Excellent people management skills.
* Analytical and goal-oriented with knowhow of HR Budgeting.
* Expertise in Redundancy, TUPE & HR Strategy.
* Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
* Thorough knowledge of labour legislation.
* Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) would be beneficial but not essential.
Additional Information
Full-Time Role for Ipswich Location.
HRBP/HR Manager will work very closely with Senior Stakeholders & Senior HR Leaders.
Ability to interact globally, building trusted relationships & trusted advisor is the important aspect of this role.
