Parts Manager - Northampton - \nBasic Salary - £40,000 - \nOTE - £55,000 - \nCompany Car - \nGreat Benefits Package - \n \nOur client, a large franchised car dealership, in Northampton has the requirement for an experienced Parts Manager to lead their Parts Department. \n \nParts Manager Responsibilities \n \nAs a Parts Manager your responsibilities will include: \n \nDirect control of the operation of this busy parts department including Retail, Workshop and Trade. \nResponsible for the purchase, return and management of stock \nCarrying out accurate stock checks \nDelivering your departments budgetary objectives \nMonitor, manage and achieve manufacturer parts sales targets \nHave an excellent understanding of management accounts and associated KPI's.
\nDevelop and drive trade business \nCoach, mentor and motivate your team \nStrive to deliver the very best service to your internal and external customers. \n \nExperience, Skills & Qualifications \n \nEssential Requirements: \n \nMinimum of 2 years current Parts Manager experience within a Franchised Dealership environment \nFull UK Driving Licence \n \nDesirable Requirements: \n \nTrade Parts BDM experience \n \nRemuneration & Benefits \n \nSalary of up to £40,000 DOE \nOn Target Earnings of £55,000 (uncapped) \nUse of a Company Car \nGreat Benefits Package
