You will be an integral part of our Sales team and your role will focus on coordinating sales procedures including the production of sales areas and site and plot marketing material. You will be responsible for delivering all marketing activity the sales team has responsibility for, as already agreed and outlined by our marketing department. You will work closely with our Brand team and play an integral role in project managing the design and production of our Sales Area and Showhomes. As Sales Coordinator, you will also have administrative responsibilities and provide support to the Field Sales Manager for the region and Sales Director as required.
The successful candidate will have outstanding organisational skills with experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. You will be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise. Key Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for delivering all marketing activity the sales team has responsibility for, as already agreed and outlined by the marketing department.
2. Deliver email campaigns to support the site, updating Rightmove, and ensuring all website listings are up to date.
3. Coordinate sales signage including artwork and installation, ensuring consistency with our Brand identity.
4. Work closely with internal departments to create clear and agreed plans for the sales areas, then manage the sales area set up process from technical handover to show home delivery using the appropriate systems and processes.
5. Liase with the interior designer on the design and installation of marketing suites and show homes.
6. Closely monitor the sales budget by obtaining quotes for all works and getting approval from the Sales Director to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
7. Respond to information requests from Sales Advisors and other colleagues as appropriate.
8. Provide support to the Sales Director and Field Sales Manager as required, including the production of supporting reports.
9. Ensure the sales team has all literature required for the opening of sales areas, including brochures, specifications, drawings, stationery, etc.
Experience & Qualifications
1. Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
2. Knowledge of the housebuilding industry.
3. IT literate, confident using a variety of systems.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Methodical and able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent time management skills.
7. Excellent project management skills.
