Agility is working with a great organization who, due to increased contracts, is now seeking an HR Apprentice to join their HR Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in HR and gain valuable experience and a level 3 HR (CIPD) qualification.
The role involves providing support within the HR Services Team, initially working with the HR system, with the potential to move into other specialisms of HR.
You'll be responsible for:
1. HR System data administration, including the processing of starters, leavers, and employee lifecycle changes.
2. Being a key contact for the HR.
3. First-line support for employee queries relating to the HR system.
4. Providing ad-hoc and scheduled reports to HR and business.
5. Supporting the Senior Operations Manager in system releases/implementations.
Qualifications & Technical Knowledge:
1. 5 GCSEs (including Maths & English) at Grade C / 4 or above.
Personal Specification:
1. Accurate with a high level of attention to detail.
2. Demonstrates a positive & flexible attitude.
3. Able and willing to take ownership, responsibility, and accountability for work.
4. Service-oriented.
