I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a HR Advisor. This role is being recruited on an interim basis; you will work as part of a broader HR team to advise on ER cases and people issues across the organisation. Below is an overview of the key things you will get involved in: Advising Managers on all areas of HR - everything from performance and absence through to complex and high-risk cases Conducting investigations Supporting Managers with change projects Delivering training material to Managers Supporting with the whole employee lifecycle Updating the HR system and producing reports Building stakeholder relationships Assisting with a variety of HR projects My client is looking for someone that has previous ER experience, is able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and that is available immediately or at short notice. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work pro-actively off your own initiative are all essentials for this role.
