As a key member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to children in the primary phase, ensuring that all students achieve their full potential in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN). Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to the diverse learning styles of pupils. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff. Contribute to the planning and delivery of the school curriculum, including any extra-curricular activities or school events. Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school development activities. Support the needs of students, promoting their well-being, development, and emotional health. Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Education or a relevant subject. Experience teaching within a primary school setting. A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and assessment methods. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. A commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. An ability to engage and motivate students and create a love of learning. A passion for education and a drive to help all students succeed. DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK. Desirable: Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN). Knowledge of current trends and best practices in primary education.
