About the Division
THG Media is responsible for creating content that grows audiences and then monetizing these eyeballs and communities through advertisement. The brands within this division produce content across a number of verticals (News, Classifieds, Beauty, Fitness, Film & TV) and connects the right advertisers to a connected user base.
As a Senior Alliances Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and fostering long-lasting relationships with key alliances, including Technology Businesses and Agencies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive alliance strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Develop Strategic Alliances: Research, identify, and develop strategic alliances with complementary companies that can enhance our market position and drive revenue growth.
2. Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage alliance agreements, ensuring that they are mutually beneficial and align with our company's goals.
3. Drive Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and product integrations.
4. Measure and Analyse Performance: Monitor and analyse the performance of alliance partnerships, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimising results.
5. Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers at alliance partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and alignment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business development, partnerships, alliances management, or a similar role.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Deep understanding of the technology industry and market trends.
