Job Description
CareHomeLife is expanding its customer service team and is currently recruiting for a position in their Chorley office.
Job Requirements
As a Customer Support Executive, you will need to:
* Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
* Daily order entry
* Identify, assess, and exceed customers’ expectations
* Demonstrate the ability to upsell on orders, substitute, and recommend alternatives
* Be the first point of contact for all relevant enquiries and issues
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
* Maintain and build strong, sustainable relationships with customers through openness, honesty, and integrity
About You:
* Excellent communication skills and experience working within a team
* Excellent listening skills
* Ability to carry out a range of tasks, plan, and prioritise effectively
* Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
* Able to enter verbal orders onto a system quickly, able to touch type
* Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
* Ability to represent and promote the business in a professional and positive manner
* Knowledge of healthcare sectors and products is advantageous but not essential; full training will be given
