Key Responsibilities -

* Being an escalation point and providing 2nd and 3rd Line support on behalf of the Service Desk
* Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
