Essential Responsibilities
* Handle and assemble centrifugal pumps (vertical and horizontal types).
* Use and read measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
* Maintain inspection records as received.
* Perform pump installation, driver to pump alignment, base plate marking, drilling & tapping, and piping assembly.
* Dismantle, inspect, and provide repair recommendations for various centrifugal pumps.
* Occasionally assist with field service activities at customer locations.
* Collaborate with QA to develop service and repair procedures (if required).
* Possess technical and product knowledge to assist customers with their requirements.
Position Requirements
Experience: 5 years minimum in rotating equipment, preferably pumps.
Skills/Knowledge:
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret international standards, customer specifications, and technical procedures.
* Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Knowledge of pump technology.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to perform tasks individually and within groups.
* Knowledge of the corrective action process.
* Hands-on experience in service, repair, and overhaul.
* Capable of executing duties with limited supervision.
