If you are patient, compassionate, and passionate about making a difference, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities of the Primary SEN Teaching Assistant: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs. Assist in delivering tailored learning activities, ensuring students are engaged and supported. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment within the classroom. Help with students' social and emotional development, encouraging confidence and independence. Support the class teacher in managing behaviour and implementing individual learning plans. Requirements of the Primary SEN Teaching Assistant: Previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEN or primary school setting. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting students with diverse needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
