About The Role:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Senior Team along with assisting the EA to the Group Board.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Provide support to the Senior EA within the group to help manage her duties.
2. Provide administrative support in organising corporate, networking and weekend events with colleagues, clients and sponsors.
3. Compile agendas, supporting documents and produce minutes for a variety of company meetings.
4. Assist with planning and execution of special projects.
5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Handle personal errands and tasks as required.
7. Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements.
8. Assist with expenses & credit card reconciliation.
9. Help/support the Senior EA with Global Planning.
10. Schedule & prioritise meetings, appointments and events.
11. Provide support for UK Board where required.
12. Meet and greet visitors into the Ipswich office when required.
About you:

7. Would have had previous experience as a PA and a proven excellence in working with and supporting senior executives in a pro-active and flexible way.
8. Be able to prioritise workload effectively to meet all deadlines.
9. Must have the ability and experience in operating in a highly confidential and discreet environment.
10. It is essential that you have experience with effectively multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
11. Enjoy helping people; it is a necessity that you are willing to get stuck into everything and help the team.
12. Provide support during unforeseen challenges or crises.
13. Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
14. Have a positive can-do attitude.
15. Be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
16. GCSE English Grade C or above.
