Required skills
As Office Admin Support you would be interfacing with various departments within the business, building rapport and creating positive relationships with them. Dealing with the incoming calls, a variety of administration tasks, including letters, memo's and reports, scanning and filing of printed documents. Maintaining and distributing of stationery and any ad hoc tasks that are required.
