Quality Engineer – South Yorkshire Are you a hands-on Quality Engineer ready to make an impact in a high-output manufacturing setting? What You’ll Be Doing: Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving using 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and 8D tools. Develop and enhance documentation including procedures, standards, and work instructions. Handle customer and internal non-conformances, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Play a key role in new product introduction and quality planning. Product and process audits Support and mentor junior staff and technicians and collaborate cross-functionally. Improve and maintain quality systems aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in a quality role, preferably within machining, precision engineering, casting or assembly Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP) and auditing experience. Confidence in engaging across all levels – from shop floor to senior leadership. Practical, resilient, and able to adapt within a fast-paced environment.
