They are looking for a fully remote SEO Content Writer to offer functional support in their passionate team. You will be responsible for both the brand and tone of voice in providing written content expertise, ensuring language accuracy across all brand consumer touchpoints/channels (e.g., our sites and assets). Your goal is to deliver a step change in levels of pre-sold marketing qualified leads through effective management of search engine optimized (SEO) content, driving outreach, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing user engagement on Halo’s websites.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Experience as a content writer with a strong understanding and application of SEO best practices and guidelines.
2. Experience writing for B2B and B2C audiences across various media and platforms.
3. Ability to research and source industry-relevant ideas to write thought-provoking content that fills content gaps and outperforms competitors.
4. A track record of engaging and maintaining audiences.
5. Diligent proofreading and sub-editing skills.
6. Effective use of SEO tools such as Google Analytics and editing software for high-quality checking.
7. Extensive knowledge of keyword research and understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
