Merchant Branch Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + Performance Based Bonus (£4,000 - £7,000 per annum)
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual with a proven sales ability.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or management, preferably within the hire industry. The role involves managing the Hire / Trade Desk, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our market leading Plant & Tool hire company based in Bury St Edmunds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Hire / Trade Desk, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
* Develop new business opportunities, identifying potential customers and exploring ways to increase revenue.
* Achieve sales targets, working closely with the sales team to ensure maximum results.
* Built strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
* Identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
