As the face of Sahara you’ll be working as one of our brand ambassadors, so you’ll be dedicated to providing seamless customer service and will always be ready to lend a hand with any queries from curious customers. As an expert on all things Sahara, you’ll be comfortable offering complimentary outfit suggestions to help our customers complete their look while also driving sales for the store.
Sahara is a family run business, so naturally you’ll be a team player. You’ll be prepared to step up and take the lead when necessary and use your excellent communication skills to set direction, as when the Store Manager is away, it will be your responsibility to cover for them in their absence. This means you you’ll be equipped to work well under pressure and confident managing the store effectively.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have worked in a retail environment (preferably women’s fashion) for a year or more and if you have management experience that's a bonus! You’ll be well accustomed to all store duties, from managing stock and accepting deliveries, to dressing the window displays and ensuring all areas of the shop are well-organised.
