What you'll be doing As a Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include: Provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams. Deputise for the Deputy/Head of Healthcare when required. Work closely with partners to maintain a robust, high-quality clinical service for patients. Model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication, and competence. Coach, line manage, and develop clinician staff; contribute to audits and governance; develop and review Local Operating Protocols. Chair and facilitate specific healthcare meetings, provide clinical supervision, and conduct investigations. Qualifications & Experience Required NMC Registered Nurse – Adult Evidence of Continued Professional Development Understanding of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working A non-judgmental and compassionate approach Excellent communication skills Existing line management experience and student nurse mentorship Experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment is ideal but not essential.
