Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician
We seek motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team, ensuring safety regulations, conducting preventative maintenance, and providing high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Role model health & safety best practices and monitor others to ensure adherence.
* Work hands-on, demonstrating SME levels of knowledge on all MHE and coaching technicians.
* Provide high levels of equipment availability through troubleshooting and prioritization.
* Support continuous improvement of systems across the EU network.
* Develop and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
* Manage contractors, equipment performance metrics, and critical spare parts inventory.
* Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and execute high-severity tickets.
Qualifications:
* Full Engineering indentured apprenticeship or NVQ level 3 equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject.
* Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines with experience in automation or complex MHE environments.
* Solid foundational knowledge of PLC-based control systems and CMMS usage.
* Knowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements and ability to communicate in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven ability to supervise and influence others, multi-task, and prioritize projects.
* Experience in multi-contractor management, multi-site environments, and fault finding on building equipment.
