The Role:
Steadplan currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warranty and Repair & Maintenance Administrator to join our MAN Dealership in Rochdale, Leeds. This role reports directly to our Leeds Depot Manager and is offered on a full-time and permanent basis. Experience in processing Warranty and R&M is essential - ideally in a Truck Dealership, but we would consider someone from a Car Dealership.
Responsibilities:
* Claiming and invoicing of all warranty and R&M repairs carried out in our workshops according to the manufacturer guidelines.
* Submission of any required documentation to the manufacturer as requested.
* Action warranty and R&M referrals in a timely manner to ensure that the claim is not rejected.
* Ensure that all warranty and R&M parts are available for inspection at the request of the manufacturer.
* Constantly monitor work in progress to ensure that it is kept to a minimum level.
* Occasionally provide assistance and support to the Retail Administrator.
* Effectively communicate with technicians to gain more information on repairs to maximize claimable time.
* Be proactive in maintaining the company's policies including but not limited to Health and Safety, tidiness, and compliance.
* Carry out ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
* Overtime may be required at busy periods to meet the growing needs of the business.
* Meet KPIs set by both Steadplan Group LTD and the vehicle manufacturer.
