Job Description
As a leading business in Surrey, we specialize in delivering impactful brand activations and custom display installations. We are looking to add to our installations team with an Installations Coordinator to support project management efforts.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Installations Manager to plan, organize, and manage display installations, ensuring each project is executed efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
* Scheduling and Timelines: Organize installation timelines to ensure smooth project execution.
* Quality Assurance: Assist in overseeing installations to meet our standards and client expectations.
* Budget Tracking: Support cost management for projects, maintaining budget adherence.
* Site Arrangements: Liaise with venues to handle logistics and secure necessary permissions.
* Briefing and Guidance: Prepare and distribute clear installation guides to teams.
* Subcontractors: Track subcontractor work to ensure adherence to our standards.
* Daily Coordination: Assist with managing day-to-day installation needs.
* Team Coordination: Help recruit skilled installers across EMEA and coordinate their schedules.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service.
* Logistical Support: Arrange travel and accommodations as necessary for on-site installation teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in installations, project coordination, and logistics, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary range is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
