Job Title ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR with reception duties Location Carrickfergus Package: Salary £ 28,000 Company Pension Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Long Service and Loyalty Incentives The role will include the following responsibilities: To process sales and purchase invoices through high volume ledgers To process insurance documentation, the costing and closing of repair orders To assist with reconciliations To assist with credit control To produce weekly and monthly reports To assist with Reception duties o The first point of contact for customers, in person or by phone and email, o Arrange collection and delivery of vehicles o Handling all incoming enquiries. To assist with all administrative duties within a body repair centre. Any other duties as required. Criteria GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at Grade C or above High Level of aptitude for administrative tasks Minimum 12 months experience working within an accounting / administration role.
