* Day Shifts: 12.30pm - 9pm, Wed - Sun
* Working in the West London Area (W1, W12)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who is truthful, reliable, demonstrates patience, understanding, and awareness of issues surrounding children with extreme emotional behaviour disabilities, special needs, and those on the autistic spectrum or undiagnosed. The most important requirement is someone experienced in supporting vulnerable teenage females in SEN settings.
The Successful Candidate for the role must have:
1. A minimum NVQ LEVEL 2 in Children and CYP
2. 1 year experience working in a residential children or young people setting
3. Willingness to support children with extreme challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
4. The ability to keep calm under pressure
