About the Role & Team As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of marketing campaigns across a range of channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to ensure the smooth running of marketing activities and contribute to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: Manage and optimise property listings on major portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket etc.). Manage the Square Roots websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and user-friendly. Media Management: Assist in the creation and management of the media schedule, including the organisation of artwork for advertising, site launches, invitations, and mailers. Site Support: Represent marketing in site sales meetings, providing feedback on trends and information to relevant agencies and teams. Assist in the coordination, installation, and ongoing maintenance of signage, hoarding, and marketing areas on site. Data & Reporting: Carry out regular site visits and become an ambassador of the development being worked on, understanding the key USPs and target audience. Assist in collating campaign and website data for reporting Event Support: Work with all required teams to generate event and campaign ideas. Assist in the coordination and creation of collateral for exhibitions, on and off-site events. Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns by liaising with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, agencies, and suppliers to ensure the delivery of materials. Write email campaign briefs for approval and brief in with the digital agency, ensuring deadlines are met. Key Skills & Experience: Essential: At least 1 years experience in the property or real estate sector. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and their effective use in marketing. Full UK driving licence essential and use of a car. Desirable: Experience in the property or real estate sector. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in working with and briefing creative agencies.
