Key Accountabilities Include:
Supporting the UK Sales Team by provi8ding detailed, Excel quotations - soon to be moving over to MS Dynamics
Liaising with partners/supplies globally to source the products required for the client.
Producing PowerPoint presentations
Generate and reviewing sale history reports and produce any other requested reports
Setting up new accounts and client profiles.
Manage office supplies/consumables/petty cash/expenses.
Maintain the premises and equipment, and any administrative duties related to facilities Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a dynamic sales administration/support role
Excellent organisation skills
A keen interest in the beauty industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong character/resilient
Independent worker
A self-starter who can come in and help “sort out the office”
MS Dynamics experience advantageous
