We're recruiting a Paid Social Specialist to join our small growth team (Head of Growth, Paid Search, Creative Studio) to drive activity across all paid social channels.
We're a remote-first business, meaning that we operate primarily remotely, but do require some in-office days for team meetings and workshops (this role would average 2 days per month in the office)
The role takes day-to-day ownership of the Meta Ads account, directly manages our expansion into secondary social platforms (TikTok, Shorts, X), as well as collaborating within the growth team on other performance channels (display, native).
25% on Analysis – Diving into campaign / ad set / ad / experiment data across various dimensions (geo, placement, etc.) 25% on Execution – Hands-on inside the paid social accounts, configuring, managing, monitoring, optimising, and troubleshooting your campaigns / ad sets / ads / experiments
• 25% on Creative – Summarising performance data for the Creative Studio to facilitate rapid iterations on new creative tests and building creative briefs on new ideas you want to test
This means you can identify and exploit audience opportunities, by formulating an effective media strategy, directing the creative team on the best hooks, angles, and messaging, and the website team to create the necessary web conversion funnels.
Analytical with the ability to quickly detect patterns in data
-Experienced in the nuances of direct response video ad
-Collaborates with creative teams to brief and iterate on video and static ads
-2+ yrs in DTC Paid Social – managing £100k+ per month hands-on yourself in ad spend primarily on Meta and TikTok… bonus points for Youtube.
-Full Funnel Ecom Performance Marketer – exposure to direct response marketing in ecom context spanning strategy, media, creative and conversion
-Data Driven – comfortable diving deep into analytics platforms, spreadsheets, etc., Exceptional Communicator – perceptive listener who quickly synthesise info and can formulate a methodical action plan that can be clearly articulated verbally and in writing
