Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role
The Reception and Administration Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors calling or visiting our client’s office. Duties include welcoming clients and visitors to the office, handling switchboard calls, organising and preparing hospitality and offering administrative support to the firm. Every task which is undertaken must be delivered with an exceptional customer service approach.
A successful Reception and Administration Assistant should have a welcoming and pleasant personality, with the ability to easily build rapport with people. They’ll be able to deal with urgent tasks in a timely and effective manner, and the ability to multitask is important for this position.
Key responsibilities
1. Meeting, greeting, and interacting with visitors, tenants and contractors
2. External and internal call and email handling including taking and passing on accurate
3. messages
4. Updating log-books and schedules
5. Processing deliveries
6. Ordering, organising and assisting with building events
7. Populating data collection workbooks
8. Ensuring that security to the building is maintained in line with guidance and standard
9. operating procedures
10. Carrying out the reception training for any cover team members and identifying ongoing
11. training needs for the cover team, liaising with the Team Leader as needed
12. Raising any concerns about process, practice or incidents as appropriate
13. Actioning any reasonable task instructed by your line manager or property manager

14. Previous experience in reception and administration role

16. Fluent written and spoken English
17. Experience using email and Microsoft packages
