My client based in the Worcester area is looking to recruit a Stores Person on a 9 month temporary contract.
Working within a manufacturing environment, you will be desk based on the factory floor to monitor stock for the production team as well as dealing with incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Main Functions of the Role:
1. Receive goods-in and manage discrepancies
2. Arranging transport of goods including all relevant paperwork
3. Organizing couriers
4. Picking Stock
5. Assist with stock takes
6. Updating company computer system
7. Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
As a Suitable Candidate, You Will Offer the Following:
1. Experience of working in a logistics, warehouse or stores would be preferred
2. FLT License
3. Be capable of lifting up to 25kgs
4. Previous admin experience is essential
5. Good IT skills including
6. Strong communication skills
7. Good attention to detail
This role is Mon-Friday 7am-1pm, and the pay-rate will be determined by the suitable candidate's experience.
