We are looking for a brand new administrator to join the ever-growing facilities team!
As a Facilities Administrator, you will provide support to the construction team as well as administering planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs for MERKUR’s portfolio of properties. You will also be providing support to the construction Projects team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in administration with fantastic written and verbal communication skills. Any experience using CAFM software is desired; however, it is not essential for this role. We are also looking for fantastic organization and communication skills with the ability to handle a large workload and communicate with various stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS
* First point of contact for all MERKUR venues
* Assisting with FM projects and maintaining accurate planners/trackers
* Administer incoming works requests and enter data onto workflow IT system
* Monitor and report on live jobs executed by in-house team and contractors
* Prepare weekly reports referencing the number of reported and completed jobs
* Track costs for new venue construction projects
* Process quotes and invoices
* Work with the project team to ensure all outstanding work is completed and the venue is ready for opening
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail
* Experience using CAFM Software (desired but not essential)

RESPONSIBLE GAMING
* Responsible for understanding and ensuring compliance with internal Responsible Gambling policies and UK Gambling Commission Licence Codes of Conduct and Practice (LCCP):
Licensing Objectives:
* (a) preventing gambling from being a source of crime or disorder, being associated with crime or disorder or being used to support crime,
* (b) ensuring that gambling is conducted in a fair and open way, and
* (c) protecting children and other vulnerable persons from being harmed or exploited by gambling.
* To promote awareness of Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures.
* Ensuring Responsible Gambling is an integral part of the daily operation.
* To actively participate and support the annual National Responsible Gambling Week.
* To be proactive in safeguarding our customers and the business by ensuring that standards of compliance both internally and externally are delivered to the highest level and opportunities to improve are identified to support the business objectives.
